At Resilience Orange County, we believe our communities thrive when those most impacted have the power to shape the decisions that affect their lives. Yet too often communities of color are excluded from systems of governance and denied a voice in policies that shape their futures.

That’s why Resilience Orange County builds power through an intergenerational approach, uniting youth, adults, elders, and families to lead in civic engagement, advocacy, and grassroots organizing. We work to ensure that community members feel seen, heard, valued, and understood in decision-making spaces. Our work is grounded in leadership development, participatory research, organizing, and collaboration, we work alongside the community to co-develop solutions that create lasting change.
