Leadership Development

Programs and opportunities for community members to develop their skills and leadership.

We believe leadership development should be transformational. That’s why our programs focus on developing leaders through our four pillars: self-awareness, consciousness-building, skill building, and organizing. Whether it’s a young person learning to facilitate or a parent speaking up at a council meeting, we support growth that creates change.
